| To avoid personal injury and/or damaging the injection/ignition system, proceed as follows: |

| Do no touch or remove the ignition wiring with the engine or ignition on. |
| t
| Remove and connect the injection/ignition system wires, including measurement equipment leads, only when the ignition is off. |
| If test and measurement equipment is needed during a road test, the following must be taken into account: |
| t
| Always install test and measurement equipment in the rear seat and have a second mechanic operate them from there. |
| If test and measurement equipment is operated from the front passenger seat, the operator could be injured by the airbag in the event of an accident. |
| t
| To turn over the engine without it starting up: |
