Installing Haldex coupling Install in reverse order, observing following: –  Install all parts which were marked in relation to each other in their original positions.

–  Insert a new O-ring -arrow- and lightly oil it with high performance oil for Haldex clutches.

–  Insert Haldex coupling in rear final drive. –  Tighten bolts -arrows- to specified torque → Anchor.

–  Connect the connector -2- to the four-wheel drive control unit -J492-. –  Tighten propshaft bolts. Specified torques → Anchor

–  Align rear intermediate bearing free of tension and tighten. Specified torques → Anchor

–  Align front intermediate bearing free of tension and tighten together with cross piece. Specified torques → Chapter –  Perform remaining installation in reverse order of removal. –  Check oil level in Haldex coupling (4th Generation), check and, top up where applicable, Altea XL 2009 ►, Altea XL Freetrack 2008 ►, Altea XL Freetrack 2009 ►, Alhambra 2011 ► → Chapter. Tightening torque
