  Note
t  When carrying out repairs, install all parts supplied in repair kit.
t  Apply a thin coating of assembly paste → Spare parts catalogue to the brake cylinder, pistons and seals.
   
1  - Brake back plate
q   Tighten with the brake calliper housing
2  - Guide pin, 30 Nm
3  - Hoods
q   Insert into sleeve bearing.
4  - Protective cap
q   Push on the bleeder screw
5  - Bleeder valve, 15 Nm
q   Before tightening, apply a fine layer of assembly paste to the screw thread → Spare parts catalogue.
6  - Mounting bush
q   Fit into the brake calliper housing
7  - Housing for brake calliper
8  - Retaining spring
q   Ensure for the correct installation position
q   Engage onto both brake calliper housing studs and onto outer pad retaining spring.
9  - Protective cap
q   Take care not to damage when inserting piston.
q   Apply a fine layer of assembly paste → Spare parts catalogue
10  - Piston
q   Apply a thin coating of assembly paste → Spare parts catalogue to the piston beforehand.
11  - Seal
q   Apply a fine layer of assembly paste → Spare parts catalogue
