The braking force regulator is adjusted with the vehicle at curb weight → Note.
–  Place the block on the brake pedal.
–  Raise the vehicle and connect the pressure gauge to the brake calliper (front left wheel) and the wheel brake cylinder/brake calliper (rear wheel right).
–  Lower vehicle and bounce it several times at the rear axle.
–  Remove the block from brake pedal.
–  Bleed both gauges.
–  Start engine.
–  Apply pressure to brake pedal and measure pressures.
–  Compare the measured pressure values with the adjustment values → Chapter.
–  If necessary, adjust the braking force regulator → Chapter.
1)  The kerb weight is defined as: The weight of the vehicle ready for use including: a driver weighing 75 kg, fuel tank and a full plenum chamber for windscreen and headlight cleaning, spare wheel, and on-board tools and jack in their corresponding locations.
