1 - Rubber cap
2 - Bleeder screw
q   10 Nm
q   Before tightening, apply a fine layer of assembly paste to the screw thread → Spare parts catalogue.
3 - Hoods
q   Fit them into the bush bearing
4 - Guide pin
q   30 Nm
5 - Mounting bush
q   Fit it into the brake calliper housing
6 - Housing for brake calliper
7 - Brake back plate
q   Tighten with the brake calliper housing
8 - Retaining spring
q   Hook into the two holes in the brake calliper housing
9 - Seal
q   Do not damage protective cover when fitting the piston
q   removing and fitting → Chapter.
10 - Piston
q   removing and fitting → Chapter.
q   Apply a thin coating of assembly paste to the piston → Spare parts catalogue
11 - Rubber cap
q   Fit with the outer sealing lip on the piston
q   Do not damage protective cover when fitting the piston
q   removing and fitting → Chapter.
