  Note
t  The ball hub and the element of the joint are matched and cannot be exchanged.
t  The joint must be disassembled to replace the grease in case of excessive dirt or if it is necessary to check the friction surfaces for wear and faults.
t  Ensure that the joint element, the hub and the ball cage, do not have any small scratches or tracks caused by friction.
t  Even if the balls have smooth areas or tracks, there is no reason to change them.
t  Replace the joint, if there is too much play, this can be felt when the vehicle changes load when working, i.e. forward to reverse.
   
–  Incline the hub and ball cage.
–  Take out the hub and the ball cage in the -direction of arrow-.
–  Remove the balls from the cage.

–  Extract the ball hub, keeping them inclined, keeping the balls on their friction tracks -arrows- in the cage.
  Note
t  Replace the joint, if there is too much play, this can be felt when the vehicle changes load when working, i.e. forward to reverse.
t  Even if the balls have smooth areas or tracks, there is no reason to change them.
