| Perform installation operations in reverse order of removal sequence. |

| Use new sealing rings for the connections of the hoses/tubes. |

| Before fixing the gasket on the steering box, apply a lubricant, such as soap. |

| After fitting the steering box on the cross beam articulation, check that the gasket touches the assembly plate without being bent, and that the opening towards the footwell is sealed correctly. Otherwise, there may be noise or water may get in. |

| The ball joint “TOP” should point upwards |

| Remember that the sealing joints have to be clean. |
| Substitute the retaining nut for the beam articulation with a self-locking nut. The cage should not be reused. |
| Before placing the bolts for the subframe, place the power steering box over the subframe and place the bolts for the subframe. |
