Handling the ContiSeal tyres
Handling the ContiSeal tyres
t  When handling and storing the ContiSeal tyres, rules for cleanliness must be strictly followed.
t  The sealing compound on the inside of the running surface of the tyre is not protected and is therefore very susceptible to any type of contamination.
t  We recommend storing each tyre individually in a sufficiently large plastic bag or similar.
t  As with other tyres, the ContiSeal tyre must also be checked for cuts, punctures and loss in pressure on a regular basis.
t  This inspection should be conducted at least once or twice a month, and always prior to each long trip.
t  Penetrations or damage that is not attended to in good time can lead to a loss of inflation pressure and/or failure of the tyre.
t  ContiSeal tyres with cuts and punctures must be checked immediately.
t  It is necessary to decide whether the tyre must be taken out of use and scrapped.
t  ContiSeal are mounted and removed in the same way as conventional tyres.
