Installing > < Removing and installing rear drive shaft

Removing
Removing
–  Loosen hexagon bolt for drive shaft when vehicle is standing on its wheels (otherwise danger of accident).
–  Remove wheel and raise vehicle.
–  Disconnect drive shaft from gearbox drive flange.
–  Remove hexagon bolt for drive shaft.
Vehicles from 04.00
   
–  Press out drive shaft.
  Note
When pressing drive shaft out ensure sufficient clearance is available.
Continuation for all vehicles
–  Remove drive shaft.
