Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Torque wrench -SAT 8010-
Removing
–  Battery removal → Chapter
–  Remove air cleaner → Rep. gr.23.
Only for „AGM“ batteries
  W00-2760
–  Clip out the retaining tabs -2- by pulling them in -the direction of arrow A-.
–  Remove the cover -1- from the battery support in -the direction of arrow A-.

Both versions
–  Unscrew nuts -1, 2 and 3-.
–  Remove the support -4- upwards.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal operation. The following should be taken into account:
–  Tighten the fastening bolts or nuts to the torques shown → Chapter .
