Vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system LPG ►11.2010: connecting
–  The connection is located to the right on the plenum chamber on the side of the compensation tank.
   
–  Remove the protective cap -1- from the lug connector.
–  Connect the Wiring harness for autogas diagnosis (No. JNV 971603 in the Spare parts catalogue).
–  Connecting the vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system -VAS 505X-
–  Install the CD-ROM with LPG diagnosis software JNV 910787, reference in the electronic spare parts catalogue:
Procedure:
–  After inserting the CD select „Setup.exe“ to execute.
–  Select the language for installing.
–  Follow the steps specified in the installation program.
–  Acknowledge the installation of the Java 2 Runtime Environment application.
–  After being installed correctly, the direct access „BIFUEL SOFTWARE“ will be setup on the desktop.
–  Execute the „BIFUEL SOFTWARE“ direct access.
–  Select the program language under the flag „Language“.

–  Start the engine.
l  Coolant temperature over 30°
l  Engine speed from 1200 rpm
   
–  Turn the switch -1- for gas to „ON“.
–  Press the button F3 to establish connection with the device (the state of connection is displayed at the bottom right side of the screen).
–  Press the F6 button to start the self diagnosis.
–  When errors are registered, use → Current flow diagrams, Electrical fault finding and Fitting locations, to solve the error, press the „RESET“ button, to check if the error has been solved, press the „Start“ button.
