Removing and installing voltage regulator - Bosch alternator from 2007 onwards
Removing and installing voltage regulator - Bosch alternator from 2007 onwards
   
Removal:
–  Remove alternator → Electrical system; Rep. gr.27.
–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Remove cover -1- of rear part of alternator.
  A27-10157
–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Detach voltage regulator -1-.
Installation
–  When fitting the voltage regulator, take care that the brushes are correctly applied to the contact surfaces.
Further installation is carried out in the reverse order, note the following:
–  Install alternator → Electrical system; Rep. gr.27.
l  Tightening torque → Chapter
