Activator diagnosis
Activator diagnosis
Notes:
t  Activator diagnosis can only be carried out with the vehicle stationary and the engine turned off.
t  If a fault is checked with the activator diagnosis, the cause of the fault must be localised and eliminated.
With the function “Activator diagnosis”, the speaker cables are checked and the segment test is carried out.
Performing an activator diagnosis:
–  Press keys 0 and 3. (03 is used to select the function “Activator diagnosis”).
   
Indication on the display:
–  Confirm entry with Q.

Indication on the display:
The system applies current to all the speakers (Not audible).
Note:
If there are faults (e.g. short-circuits) they are stored in the memory.
