Multimedia control unit -J650- Interface for the USB / iPod ports and Aux-In ports
No Aux port shall be installed in the dash panel for vehicles that are fitted with the MDI interface as standard. A cover is located in its place here.
Using the multimedia system control unit -J650- passengers can exactly reproduce analogue audio content (Aux-In) and digital audio content (USB, iPod) in the SEAT infotainment system. For USB and iPod the controls (for ex. ID3-TAG 7 song information) include the Infotainment system. The multimedia system control unit -J650-, in its interface status, establishes an audio input (Aux-In), a USB input and an iPod connection (feed, signal and AUX-In). To connect a portable device to the MDI USB or iPod interface, use a cable that is specifically adapted for this purpose. The ZSB multimedia system control unit -J650- which has a box in place of a CD changer, can be used to house portable devices; the USB or iPod interface can be used to charge the device.
