The “iPOD” processes the files and sends them in analogue format to the radio or to the radio and navigation system. |
To operate it, press the CD button on the radio -1-, to switch between reading the CD inserted in the audio unit and reading from the external “iPOD”. |
When the audio unit is activated, the “iPOD” is also activated automatically when placed in the adaptor although it does not start to play. At this moment the audio unit recognises the “iPOD” as if it were a CD changer. While the audio unit is connected, the “iPOD” charges its battery through the interface. |
When you turn off the audio unit, it cuts the power supply to the adaptor and it deactivates the “iPOD” |
When connected at the CD position, only one element may be installed, the client must decide. |
The configuration must be Radio CD Alana MP3 (4 speakers +iPOD + with/without AUX) and the coding 00403. |
