Clutch pedal: removing and fitting

Check the tool and equipment equivalence table according to the applicability between Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Torque wrench kit -SAT 8010-, see equivalent → Anchor

t	Pliers -T20059B-, see equivalent → Anchor

Note

t	If the vehicle is fitted with a coded radio (anti-theft code), check the code before removing the battery earth strap.

t	Before removing the clutch pedal, extract the switch from its allotment by rotating it 90º to the right and pulling it out.

t	Press the clutch pedal down for removal and fitting of the switch.
