t  Place all bearings lubricated with grease on the input shaft.
t  Always renew deep groove ball bearing → Item.
1 - Clutch housing
2 - Cylindrical roller bearing
q   Pulling off → Fig.
q   Driving in → Fig.
q   Renewing together with cylindrical roller bearing inner race → Item
3 - Retaining ring
q   Insert in circumferential groove in clutch housing
4 - Retaining ring
q   Secures cylindrical roller bearing inner race
5 - Tapered roller bearing inner race
q   Driving out → Fig.
q   Driving in → Fig.
q   Renewing together with cylindrical roller bearing → Item
6 - Gear wheel for 4th gear
q   Driving out → Fig.
q   Driving in → Fig.
7 - Input shaft
8 - Needle bearing
q   For 5th gear
9 - Synchromeshed gear for 5th gear
10 - Wave spring washer
q   Only in conjunction with synchro ring made of brass
q   Allocate according to → Electronic parts catalogue „ETKA“
11 - 5th gear synchro-ring
q   Made of brass or steel
q   Check for wear → Fig.
12 - Locking collar with synchro-hub for 5th and 6th gears
q   After removing retaining ring, press off with 5th gear synchromeshed gear → Fig..
q   Dismantling → Fig.
q   Assemble the mobile element and synchromesh body → Fig.
q   Installation position → Fig.
q   Driving in → Fig.

15 - 6th gear synchro-ring
q   Made of brass or steel
