Adjust glass cover parallel running > < Cover in the zero position

Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Torque wrench kit -SAT 8010-
  L00-10226
t  Lever -U 30800-
–  Move the sunshade backwards.
–  Place the glass cover in the„roof raised“position.
–  Remove the bellows → Item from the lower part of the running guide → Item using the lever -U 30800-.

–  Next disengage front fixings and move bellows backwards -arrow- to remove it from guide.
–  Close glass panel → Chapter.

–  Loosen bolts -arrows-.
–  Perform the height adjustment of the glass cover front and rear, on both sides, in the manner indicated below:

Adjust the front side of the sunroof glass cover
a = 0 - 1 mm lower than the edge of the roof
Arrow = Direction of movement
–  Tighten the above bolts to 4.5 Nm.

Adjust the back side of the sunroof glass cover
b = 0 - 1 mm lower than the edge of the roof
Arrow = Direction of movement
–  First tighten the centre bolts and then the rear bolts to 4.5 Nm.
  Note
t  To achieve an improved optical effect, ensure that the adjustment is as uniform as possible on both sides (symmetrical).
t  In doing so, the glass cover for the sunroof must not be higher than the rest of the roof at any position and should not be lower on the rear side at any position.
–  Fit the bellows → Item
