  Note
t  The threaded plate -6- for the striker pin is welded to the pillar. The webs of the threaded plate can be bent if sufficient force is applied.
t  It must be ensured that the striker pin does not cause the sliding door to be lifted or pressed down.
t  The locking element on the threaded bolt -2- and the hexagon nut -3- of the hinge fitting -1- does not need to be renewed.
t  Turning the threaded bolt -2- changes the height by 1 mm. Right turn for up, left turn for down
t  When the sliding door is being opened, special attention must be paid to the free movement of the seal or trim strip of the side window -arrow c-
t  Make sure that the arresters can run free.
–  In order to adjust the front sliding door vertically -9--arrow a-, the screws of the locking pegs must be loosened → Chapter
–  Undo the screws -8- of lower roller guide -7-.
–  Adjust the sliding door vertically -arrow a-.
–  Tighten the screws -8- of lower roller guide, tightening torque: 20 Nm.
–  Tighten screws of locking pegs securely → Chapter
–  In order to adjust the height -arrow b- of the rear sliding door-9-, the bolts -5- of the striker pin must be loosened -4-.
–  Loosen nut -3- on the hinge fitting -1- and adjust sliding door height -arrow b- using bolt -2-.
–  Tighten the nut -3- on the hinge fitting -1- using 18 mm tool insert -T10464-, tightening torque: 40 Nm.
–  Tighten the bolts of the striker pin, tightening torque: 20 Nm.
–  Check the adjustment.
