–  Remove cover -1- and pull off release lever -2-.
  N72-10314
–  Pull the handle for the height adjustment -1- upward.
–  On the inner side of the handle for height adjustment, the plate tongue of the retaining clip -2- must be pressed in the direction of the sill panel using a small screwdriver.
–  Remove the handle of the adjustment lever -3-.
  Note
For greater clarity, the retaining clip is shown removed in the illustration.
–  Remove retaining clip -1- from adjusting lever -3-.

–  Release the trim -1- in the rear area of the seat backrest adjustment out of the mount -2-.
–  Release the trim -1- in the front area of the seat backrest adjustment out of the mount -3-.

   
–  Remove bolt -1- (2 Nm).
–  Press the clamping pin -2- inwards in order to remove the expansion clip -3-.
–  Remove spreader clip.
–  Detach trim -4- from mountings in seat frame and remove in direction of travel.

Installation
–  Installation is carried out in reverse order.
