| Front seat with manual adjustment: removing |
| – | Pry off belt cover -4- with assembly wedge -3409-. |
| – | Move front seat -1- as far upwards and to rear as possible. |
| – | Pull down the belt-end fitting -3- in the direction of the -Arrow- and detach. |
| – | Unscrew front bolts -2- (2x). |
| – | Slide seat forwards. |
| – | Unscrew rear nuts -2- (2x). |
WARNING

| – | Disconnect the battery earth strap → Electrical system; Rep. gr.27. |
| – | Fold front seat -1- toward rear. |
| – | Unplug connectors → Chapter. |
| – | Disconnect airbag adapter → Chapter. |
| – | Lift front seat -1- out of vehicle with the assistance of a second mechanic. |
