Before servicing or checking the connectors, the cause of the fault must be determined via the „Guided fault finding“ → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
Before checking connectors, all control units in vehicle should be checked for fault entries; if necessary eliminate faults → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
   
–  Verification of the connectors → Current flow diagrams, Electrical fault finding and Fitting locations.
A  - 10-pin connector for wiring from selector mechanism to gearbox (with CAN wires)
B  - 4-pin connector for wiring to selector lever lock solenoid -N110- and selector lever locked in position P switch -F319-
C  - 10-pin connector for wiring to cover of selector mechanism
