| The refrigeration power cannot be tested once the High pressure sender (00819) -G65- is removed; the The Climatronic control unit (01320) -J255-/Air conditioning control unit -J301- will not activate the compressor. |

| Check the operation of the High pressure sender (00819) -G65- and the output signal → Chapter. |

| Component locations of the High pressure sender(00819) -G65- differ depending on the engine fitted; for vehicles with 2.0 litre diesel engine it is not fitted on the refrigerant tube from the expansion valve to the condenser; it is fitted instead to the tube from the compressor to the condenser. |

| For those vehicles with a 1.6 litre petrol engine, the High pressure sender(00819) -G65- may be removed without first removing other components (access from above). |
