| Following is the description of the removal and fitting of the compressor for a 2.0 litre petrol engine and a „Denso“ type „7 SEU 16“ compressor. | The refrigerant circuit must not be emptied; nor should the flexible tubes and the tubes for the refrigerant on the compressor be disconnected. |

| Do not unfasten refrigerant pipes and corresponding clips. |

| After detaching, use wire for example to attach compressor to longitudinal member. Never leave it hanging from refrigerant pipes. |

| Before removing the ribbed belt, mark its running direction with chalk or with a felt tipped pen. Running a used pulley in the opposite direction could damage it irreparably. |
