1 - Housing for heating and ventilation for rear seats, intake side
q   Assemble with clips
2 - 2nd evaporator
q   Installing seal on evaporator → Fig.
q   Do not dismantle further
3 - Bolt
q   7 Nm
4 - O-ring
q   11.1 mm; 1.82 mm
5 - O-ring
q   14.0 mm; 1.82 mm
6 - Expansion valve for rear evaporator
q   Aperture must be sealed against splashed water.
q   The same component as for the front evaporator
7 - O-ring
q   8.13 mm; 1.78 mm
8 - O-ring
q   17.2 mm; 1.78 mm
9 - Seal
10 - O-rings
q   14 mm; 1.78 mm
11 - O-rings
q   8.13 mm; 1.78 mm
12 - Radiator fan control unit -J293-
13 - Rear fresh air blower -V80-
14 - Coolant hose
15 - Lip valve
16 - Housing for heating and ventilation for passenger compartment, vent side
q   Assemble with clips
17 - Rear temperature flap control motor -V137-
18 - Rear air distribution control motor -V136-
19 - Air distribution flap
20 - Heat exchanger for rear seats
q   Installing seal on heat exchanger → Fig.
21 - Temperature flap for passenger compartment

   
Installing seal on evaporator
The evaporator must be sealed along the top and side against the housing using seal -1-.

The heat exchanger must be sealed along the sides against the housing using seal -1-.
