  WARNING
Danger of freezing injuries.
If refrigerant circuit has not been evacuated, refrigerant and refrigerant oil will escape.
Extract refrigerant before opening refrigerant circuit. If the refrigerant circuit is not opened within 10 minutes after it has been evacuated, pressure may develop in refrigerant circuit due to re-evaporation. Extract refrigerant again.
   
1 - Expansion valve for front evaporator
q   Aperture must be sealed against splashed water.
q   The same component as for the rear evaporator
2 - 5/8" pipe
q   Release connection using release tool → Fig.
3 - 3/8" pipe
q   Release connection using release tool → Fig.
4 - O-rings
q   13 mm; 1.9 mm
q   Qty. 2
5 - O-rings
q   8.1 mm; 1.8 mm
q   Qty. 2
6 - High-pressure hose
7 - Low-pressure hose
8 - O-ring
q   17.2 mm; 1.8 mm
9 - O-ring
q   11.1 mm; 1.8 mm
10 - Expansion valve for rear evaporator
q   Aperture must be sealed against splashed water.
q   The same component as for the front evaporator
11 - O-ring
q   10.8 mm; 1.8 mm
12 - O-ring

13 - 2nd evaporator
q   Torque setting: 4.7 Nm
