1 - Instrument panel **
q   Removing and fitting → Rep. gr.70
2 - Sunlight penetration photosensor -G107- or sunlight penetration photosensor 2 -G134-
q   Check: Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system -VAS 5051- (or successor models).
q   Function: Regulation of the temperature flap and the fresh air blower depending on the intensity of light.
q   Emergency operation with a malfunction: the Climatronic control unit -J255- continues to work with a fixed value.
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
3 - Central vent:
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
4 - Right hand side vent
5 - Dash panel vent, right side
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
6 - air temperature sender, right vent -G151-
q   Check: Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system -VAS 5051- (or successor models).
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
7 - Climatronic control unit -J255-
q   The Climatronic control unit -J255- and the air-conditioning/Climatronic control unit and display -E87- constitute a single unit, which cannot be disassembled.
q   Check: Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system -VAS 5051- (or successor models).
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Replacing: Implementation of the basic settings and the adjustment „Initial commissioning of the air conditioner compressor“ in the guided fault finding or in the guided functions of the vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system -VAS 5051- (or successor models) → Chapter.
8 - Servomotor for air recirculation flap -V113-
q   Check: Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system -VAS 5051- (or successor models).
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Replacing: Take over the basic settings with the vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system -VAS 5051- (or successor models) → Chapter
9 - Footwell vent, passenger's side
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
10 - Fresh air blower -V2- with blower control unit -J126-
q   Check: Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system -VAS 5051- (or successor models).
q   Fresh-air blower -V2- removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Control unit for fresh air blower -J126- removing and fitting → Chapter
11 - Connection
12 - Baffle plate for heater unit

q   For centre console air duct.
q   To remove, centre console must be removed → Rep. gr.68.
14 - Dust and pollen filter
q   With activated charcoal filter.
