Fitting

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removing, noting the following:

–	Replace all O-ring seals -D- and -E-. Version → Parts catalogue.

–	Check the fastener -G- (not fitted to all junctions) and the sleeve -H- for correct seating and damage.

Note

t	Lightly oil the O-rings with oil from the refrigerant circuit just before fitting → Chapter.

t	Ensure that the O-ring seals seat correctly into the groove -F- in the tubes of the refrigerant.

–	Following attachment, check routing of refrigerant pipes; they must be inserted in holders provided and not make contact with other components.

–	Empty the refrigerant circuit and refill it → Air conditioning - with refrigerant R134a SEAT.
