Functions and components adjusting

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system -VAS 5051- or vehicle diagnostic and service information system -VAS 5052-

t	3m. Cable -VAS 5051/5A- or 5m. cable -VAS 5051/6A- or diagnosis cable -VAS 5052/3-1-

–	Connect the central diagnosis -VAS 5051- or central diagnosis -VAS 5052- with the relevant cable.

Select the function „Guided fault finding“ on the diagnosis centre -VAS 5051/5052- system.

Once you have consulted all of the control units:

–	Press „go to“ key.

–	Select „Function/component selection“.

–	„Select drive“

–	Select „Engine code“.

–	Select „01 - Systems capable of self-diagnosis“.

–	Select „Engine control“.

–	„Select“ Functions"

–	Select „Function/component“.
