Removing and installing engine speed sender -G28-
Check the tool and equipment equivalence table according to the applicability between Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  4 mm tool insert -T10370-, see equivalent → Anchor
  W00-10582
t  Assembly tool -T10118-, see equivalency → Anchor
–  Remove noise insulation → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. gr.50.

–  Unplug electrical connector -1- at engine speed sender -G28- using assembly tool -T10118-.
  Note
To release electrical connector without assembly tool -T10118-, press connector on engine speed sender in with a screwdriver and at the same time lift release tab with a thin wire hook.

–  Unscrew the attachment bolt -arrow- and extract the engine speed sender -G28-.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; noting the following in the process: Tightening torque of the fixing screws for the engine speed sender -G28-: 5 Nm
