–  Remove upper part of toothed belt guard.
   
–  Turn crankshaft to TDC on cylinder 1. The notch on the pulley must coincide with the mark “O” on the lower toothed belt guard.

–  The locking pin holes in the camshaft sprockets must align with the fitting holes in the camshaft housing -arrows-.
–  Insert the locking pins -T10016- into the locking holes in the camshaft sprocket and into the holes in the camshaft housing.
  Note!
If the locking pin holes are positioned opposite the toothed belt sprockets, the crankshaft must be turned one revolution further.
