Installation

–	Installing the fuel delivery unit is carried out in the reverse order.

Note!

t	On fitting the fuel delivery unit, check that the fuel level sender is not bent.

t	Coat flange seal with fuel when fitting.

t	Ensure fuel hoses are seated securely.

t	After installing fuel delivery unit, check that the supply, return and vent pipes are still clipped onto fuel tank.

t	Note installation position of fuel delivery unit flange: The marking on flange must align with marking on fuel tank -arrows-.

–	Perform the work sequence “Procedure after voltage supply open circuit” → Injection and Ignition System, 4LV; Rep. Gr.24.
