1 - Centre hex stud
q   Engine support to engine
q   Replace
q   Specified torques and installation sequence → Fig..
2 - Engine support
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
3 - Bolt.
q   Engine support to engine
q   Replace
q   Specified torques and installation sequence → Fig..
4 - 40 Nm and then turn 90° further
q   Replace
q   Engine mounting to body
5 - Connecting link
6 - 20 Nm + 90°
q   Replace
q   Connecting plate to body
7 - 20 Nm + 90°
q   Replace
q   Connecting plate to engine mounting
8 - 60 Nm and then turn 90° further
q   Replace
q   Engine assembly to engine support
9 - Engine support.
q   With support arm
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
10 - Pendulum support
11 - 100 Nm and then turn 90° further
q   Replace
q   Pendulum support to assembly mounting
12 - 60 Nm + 90°
q   Replace
q   Pendulum support to gearbox
13 - 40 Nm + 90°
q   Replace
q   Pendulum support to gearbox
14 - 60 Nm and then turn 90° further
q   Replace
q   Gearbox mounting to gearbox support
15 - 40 Nm and then turn 90° further
q   Replace
q   Gearbox mounting to body
16 - Gearbox mounting
q   With support arm
17 - Final drive support
18 - Bolt.
q   Gearbox support on gearbox.
q   Tightening torque → Rep. gr.34
19 - Bolt.
q   Support to gearbox.
q   Tightening torque → Rep. gr.34
20 - Support
21 - Bolt.
q   Support element to gearbox support
q   Tightening torque → Rep. gr.34

   
Engine support - Tightening torque and sequence
  Note
Renew bolts securing engine support.
–  Tighten bolts in 3 stages in the sequence shown:
  A13-10613
stage:BoltsTightening torque / turning further angle
1.-1 … 3-7 Nm
2.-1 … 3-40 Nm
3.-1 … 3-turn 180° further
