  E92-10051
–  Assemble engine support bracket 10-222 A with legs 10-222 A/14 and 10-222 A/15 as shown.
  N15-0420
–  Bolt leg 10-222 A/14 to battery tray with bolts M8×35 -arrows-. Specified torque: 25 Nm.
Continuation for all vehicles
–  Take up weight of engine in its installation position.
–  Release load on engine mounting by lifting engine slightly.
  N15-0421
–  Unscrew securing bolts -arrows- and remove bracket -1-.
–  Unbolt assembly mounting -2- from longitudinal member.
–  Remove engine support at cylinder block.
  Note
t  When loosening the upper engine mounting bolts the engine must be raised with the support bracket.
t  When loosening the lower engine mounting bolts the engine must be lowered with the support bracket.
–  Remove vibration damper/belt pulley.
–  Remove centre and lower toothed belt guards.
–  Turn crankshaft to TDC No. 1 cylinder.
  Note
  N15-0304
Turn the crankshaft until the mark on the crankshaft pulley is facing up and the arrow on the rear toothed belt guard aligns with the lug on the hub sender wheel -arrows-.
–  Lock hub using locking pin -3359-. To do this, slide locking pin through the free elongated hole on left into hole in cylinder head.
  Note
Gradual introduction of oval crankshaft toothed belt pulleys. When installing this belt pulley, the crankshaft stop -T10100- must be installed to determine the TDC position.
  N15-0230
Characteristics of crankshaft toothed belt pulley
A = Round belt pulley, lock using crankshaft stop -T10050-, TDC marking at 12 o'clock
B = Oval belt pulley, lock using crankshaft stop -T10100-. TDC marking at 1 o'clock
–  Lock crankshaft toothed belt pulley with crankshaft stop -T10050- or crankshaft stop -T10100-. To do this, push crankshaft stop into teeth of belt pulley from face side.
  Note
The marks on the crankshaft toothed belt pulley and the crankshaft stop must align. When doing this, the pin of the crankshaft stop must insert in the drilling of the sealing flange.
–  Mark direction of rotation of toothed belt.
