Removal:
Removal:
–  First remove the two notched belts → Chapter.
–  Turn crankshaft back slightly.
  Note
The camshaft sprockets must be immobilised by the two immobilising pieces of the camshaft fastener -T10016- until the limit of the adjustment holes on the camshaft housing.
–  Remove the camshaft wheels. To loosen bolts, hold the camshaft sprockets using the counterhold -T10016-.
–  Unscrew the inner part of the compression ring extractor -T10018- by two turns (approx. 3 mm) from the outside part and lock with the knurled screw.
   
–  Lubricate the threaded head of the seal extractor, position it by pressing firmly, and turn it into the seal as far as possible.
–  Loosen the knurled bolt, and turn the inner element against the camshaft until the seal is removed.
–  Tense the extractor on the vice gripping it on the grooves. Extract the seal using pliers.
