Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Internal puller -KUKKO 21/2- and counterhold -KUKKO 22/1-, see equivalent → Anchor

t	Aligning punch -3176-, see equivalent → Anchor

t	Drift -VW 207C-, see equivalent → Anchor

– 7-speed dual clutch gearbox DSG: The needle bearing must be replaced each time the engine or gearbox is replaced.

7-speed dual clutch gearbox DSG Operation process l  The gearbox is separated from engine Remove the needle bearing:

–  Remove using a customary extractor -A-, e.g. KUKKO 21/2 and KUKKO 22/1.

Fitting . –  Insert the needle bearing with the drift -VW 207C- or the centring drift -3176-. l  The inscription on needle bearing must be visible when installed.

Installation position for needle bearing: l  Dimension -a- = 2.0 mm
