Removing
–  First remove the two notched belts → Chapter.
   
–  Turn crankshaft back slightly.
  Note
The camshaft sprockets should be locked using the counterhold -T10016- and this should be fitted into the holes on the camshaft housing as far as possible.
–  Remove camshaft sprockets. To loosen bolts, hold the camshaft sprockets using the counterhold -T10016-.

–  Insert the extractor -T20143- and extract the seal.
