Consult the equivalence table for tools and equipment according to applicability among Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Central diagnosis -VAS 505X-
t  3m. Cable -VAS 5051/5A- or 5m. cable -VAS 5051/6A- or diagnosis cable -VAS 5052/3-1-
Select the function „Guided fault finding“ on the diagnosis centre -VAS 505X- system.
Once you have consulted all of the control units:
–  Press „Go to“ button.
–  Select „Function/component selection“.
–  Select „Drive train“.
–  Select „Engine code“.
–  Select „On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems“.
–  Select „Engine control“.
–  „Select“ Functions"
–  Select function or component.
