Removing and installing radiator > < Repairing cooling system

Removing and installing cowling together with radiator fanV7 and radiator fan on right of radiatorV35
Removing and installing cowling together with radiator fan -V7- and radiator fan on right of radiator -V35-
Removing
–  Remove engine cover → Chapter.
–  Dismount the air filter housing together with the air mass meter and the connecting pipe → Chapter.
   
–  Remove upper securing bolts -upper arrows- of cowling.
–  Remove noise insulation → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. gr.50.

–  Remove connecting hose on »hot side« from charge air pipe. For this purpose undo hose clamps -1- and -2-.

–  Disconnect connector -1-.
–  Unscrew lower bolts -lower arrows-.
–  Remove cowling together with radiator fans downwards.

–  Thread out electrical connector -1- (if fitted) -2-. Uncover cables.
–  Remove the nuts -arrows- and remove the radiator fan.
Installing
Installation is in the reverse sequence of removal.
