Ignition coil with output stage: Removing → Anchor

  Note
The housing for the ignition coils and final power stages has been modified. As a result, the ignition coils can only be removed and mounted using the extractor -T10094 A-. The former extractor -T10094- may still be used if it is modified as follows.
  W00-1148
–  Reduce the marked zone -2- using suitable workshop methods to reach a new nominal measurement -B- of 18 mm.
–  Add the letter A to the tool description -1-.
Removing
  N28-10068
–  Fit the extractor -T10094 A-on the ignition coils with output stage -arrow- as in the illustration.
–  Lightly extract the ignition coils with output stage.
–  Position the extractor -T10118- as shown.
–  Carefully open the connector lock and remove the connector.
Installing
–  Fit the extractor -T10094 A- on the ignition coils with output stage.
–  Push the connector over the ignition coil with output stage until it snaps into place.

–  Insert the ignition coil with output stage in the cylinder head in the -direction of the arrow-.
