Air supply of the radiator fan: Removing and installing
Removal:
–  Place the lock carrier plate into service position → Bodywork, exterior fitting work; Rep. gr.50
   
–  Unplug electrical connectors -1- and -2-.
–  Move electrical wiring clear.

–  Separate the plug connections -1- at the turbocharger pressure sensor and place the cables to one side.
–  Unscrew bolts -arrows- and lift out radiator cowl.
Installation
Reassembly is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Assemble the lock carrier with attachments → Bodywork - Exterior assembly work ; Rep. gr.50.
  A19-10112
–  The torque reaction support must set itself on its rubber stop by means of its self weight, then tighten the nuts -arrows-.
Tightening torque → Chapter „Assembly mountings - exploded view“
–  Fit the front bumper trim → Bodywork, exterior fitting work; Rep. gr.63.
–  Check headlight adjustment → Booklet301.
