Check the tool and equipment equivalence table according to the applicability between Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Base -VAS 6340-, see equivalent → Anchor
Removing
–  Drain coolant → Chapter.
  W00-10380
–  Remove charge air hose (left-side) -2-.
  Note
Item -1- can be disregarded.
  A10-10320
–  Remove bolts -arrows- and detach connectors -1 ... 3- from retainer.
  A19-10451
–  Remove coolant hoses, for this purpose loosen hose clamps -1- and lift retaining clips -2-.
–  Unscrew bolts -arrows- and detach small coolant pipe.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following:
Tightening torque → Chapter
  Note
t  Replace the O-rings.
t  Hose connections and air pipes and hoses must be free from oil and grease before fitting.
t  Secure hose unions with hose clamps the same as those of the series → Electronic parts catalogue.
t  To ensure that the air hoses can be properly secured at their connections, spray rust remover onto the worm thread of used hose clips before installing.
–  Connect coolant hose with plug-in connector → Fig..
–  Fill up with coolant → Anchor.
