Crankshaft sealing flange, on the flywheel side: Replace ( Assembly tool T10017 ) > < E - Check the fitting position of the sender wheel on the crankshaft.
F -To re-adjust the sender wheel
F -To re-adjust the sender wheel
   
–  Secure the centre guide -T10134- using the Allen bolts -A- to the crankshaft flange.
–  Tighten both Allen bolts by hand.
–  Manually place the centre guide -T10134- on the sealing flange.

–  Tighten the hexagonal bolt -E- on the threaded spindle until it comes into contact with the installation bell -C-.

–  Tighten the hexagon nut of the centre guy -T10134- using the torque wrench -V.A.G 1331- and the insert e/c 24 terminal -V.A.G 1332/11- to 40 Nm.
–  Check the fitting position of the sender crown on the crankshaft once more. → Chapter.
If the dimension -a- is too small:
–  Tighten the hexagonal bolt of the centre guide -T10134- to a torque of 45 Nm.
–  Check the fitting position of the sender crown on the crankshaft once more. → Chapter.
