–  Release the electrical connections -arrows- and disconnect all of the ignition coils at the same time.
Install ignition coils with output stages .
  Note
t  When fitting new spark plugs, the ignition coil must be regreased using lubricating paste -G 052 141 A2- This prevents the sealing hose of the ignition coil from »sticking« to the spark plug. The lubricating paste must be distributed when the ignition coils connections are fitted to the spark plugs .
t  The new ignition coils are already coated with lubricating paste when supplied.
  N28-10010
–  In the area of the sealing hose of the ignition coil -arrow-, apply a fine cord of lubricating paste -G 052 141 A2- around entire circumference. The bead must have a minimum thickness of 1 ... 2 mm.
–  Insert all ignition coils into the spark plug holes. Do not tighten them.
  N28-10079
–  Align the ignition coils with the connectors -arrows- and attach all connectors onto ignition coils simultaneously.
