Removing and installing radiator fan -V7- (Ibiza) Removal: –  Separate the under body protection.

–  Unplug connector -arrow-.

–  Open the hose guides in the cowling using the -2- and remove the coolant hose -1-.

–  Engage the cowling with radiator fan -V7- to the locking hook using a suitable tool. –  Push cowling together with radiator fan -V7- upwards out of the mountings and remove downwards.

–  Remove bolts -arrows- of the heat guard. –  Clip out the radiator cowl and remove towards the back.

–  Take out the electric wiring -1- from wiring guide. –  Unscrew attachment nuts -arrows- and take out the radiator fans -V7-. Installing Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following: Tightening torques:
