Air filter housing: Installing and removing (Ibiza)

Removal:
–  Unbolt the screws -arrows- of the intake air duct and the intake connecting pipe on the exhaust gas turbocharger.
  N10-10357
–  Remove vacuum hose -1- under the the intake hose.
–  Undo the securing bolt -2-.
–  Pull the air filter housing upwards.

Installing
–  Push the air filter housing from the top onto the support pins.
–  Tighten securing bolts -2- to 8 Nm.
–  Connect the intake hose -1-.

–  Tighten bolts -arrows-.
Tightening torques
Intake hose on the exhaust gas turbocharger, 10 Nm
Intake duct: 3 Nm
