1 - Radiator
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   After replacing, refill all coolant
2 - O-Ring
q   Replace if there is damage or deterioration
3 - Upper coolant hose
q   Secured to radiator with retaining clip
q   Check for secure seating
q   Connection schema for the coolant tubes → Chapter
4 - Cover
q   Verify using the tester for cooling systems -V.A.G 1274- and the adapter -V.A.G 1274/9- → Chapter
5 - Connector
6 - 10 Nm
7 - Air duct
8 - 10 Nm
9 - Expansion tank
