t  Engine code letters BKC, BXE, BXF → Anchor
t  Engine code letters BJB → Anchor
t  Select engine identification letters BLS → Anchor
Engine code letters BKC, BXE, BXF
The intake manifold plate closes about 3 seconds when the engine is stopped and then reopens. In this way a stopping jerk is avoided
   
1 - Intake manifold
q   Tighten securing bolts to 22 Nm
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
2 - O ring
q   Replace
3 - Intake sleeve
q   With mechanical exhaust gas recirculation valve
4 - 10 Nm
5 - Intake manifold flap motor -V157-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
6 - 10 Nm
7 - Connecting pipe
q   To exhaust gas recirculation cooler.
8 - 22 Nm
9 - Seal
q   Replace

Engine code letters BJB
   
1 - Intake manifold
q   Tighten securing bolts to 22 Nm
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
2 - O ring
q   Replace
3 - Intake sleeve
q   With exhaust gas recirculation valve and intake flap
4 - 10 Nm
5 - Seal
q   Replace
6 - Connecting pipe
q   To the exhaust inlet manifold
7 - 10 Nm
8 - Spring retainer
9 - Depression actuator
10 - To the solenoid valve block
11 - 22 Nm

Select engine identification letters BLS
   
1 - 10 Nm
2 - exhaust gas recirculation radiator
3 - O ring
q   Replace
4 - 10 Nm
5 - Exhaust gas recirculation valve -N18- with potentiometer for exhaust gas recirculation -G212-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
6 - 22 Nm
7 - 10 Nm
8 - Intake manifold
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
9 - O ring
q   Replace
10 - Seal
q   Replace
11 - Intermediate hose
q   if necessary, remove the existing carbon oil residues
12 - O ring
q   Replace
13 - Intake manifold flap motor -V157-
q   The intake manifold plate closes about 3 seconds when the engine is stopped and then reopens. In this way a stopping jerk is avoided
14 - 10 Nm
15 - Seal
q   Replace
16 - 22 Nm
