Consult the equivalence table for tools and equipment according to applicability between Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Thrust piece -T20179 -, see equivalency → Anchor
–  Remove the lower trim of the driver's side foot well → Bodywork, interior work; Rep. gr.68.
–  Release and unplug the connector from the brake light switch -F- and the brake pedal switch -F47 -, remove the switch from its bracket, rotating 45° to the left hand side.

–  Separate the brake pedal from the brake servo using the calliper tool -T20179 -.
–  Fit and press the release tool -T20179 -; move the brake pedal towards the driver's seat (this separates the brake pedal from the control rod swivel head).
