  Caution
The brake pedal travel must not be restricted by additional floor coverings.
  Note!
Grease all mountings before installing with grease Part No. G 000 602.
   
1 - Mounting bracket
q   Remove before removing steering column → Running gear, axles, steering; Front and four-wheel drive; Rep. Gr.48.
2 - Pivot pin for clutch and brake pedal
3 - Circlip
4 - Hexagon bolt, 25 Nm
5 - Self-locking hexagon nut, 25 Nm
q   Qty. 5
q   For mounting bracket to stud/brake servo
6 - Brake light switch
q   Before installing brake light switch, secure brake pedal to brake servo push rod.
q   Adjusting brake light switch → Chapter.
7 - Mounting bush
q   For mounting steering column
8 - Mounting bush for brake pedal
9 - Mounting tube for return spring
10 - Return spring for brake pedal
11 - Brake pedal
12 - Pin
13 - Circlip
q   Ensure secure seating.
14 - Clutch pedal
q   Removing and installing → 5-speed manual gearbox 006; Rep. Gr.30
15 - Stop
q   For clutch pedal
16 - Mounting
17 - Circlip
q   Ensure secure seating.
18 - Return spring
19 - Self-locking hexagon nut, 20 Nm
